Clínica Baviera, for those who don’t know, is a, well, they are clinics where you can have eye surgery. So, you have problems with, say, cataracts, you need an intraocular lens, you have presbyopia, whatever, that’s where they operate on you. And we are seeing that here the aging of the population clearly combines with the excessive use of screens. So, well, these are two macro trends that I believe greatly benefit Clínica Baviera in the long term. And it’s a company that I really like, it has no debt, it’s cheap despite having risen a lot. If you like dividends, it distributes super generous dividends. It has just bought a chain of clinics in the United Kingdom and also has clinics in Germany, if I remember correctly, in Austria, and in Italy. So, we have a great company here that I advise people to take a look at and study, because it really is amazing. I have been a shareholder for a couple of years and I am super happy not only with the conservative approach of its management but also with its management. I mean, I think they are doing very well and they have, well, as I say, right? In the end, as people get older, they lose their sight, we have more and more older people, and on top of that, operations are becoming less invasive and people, I know people close to me who have had some type of eye surgery, they highly recommend it, and word of mouth does a lot here, which allows you to gain clients very easily.”
