📉 Estée Lauder’s stock has fallen significantly, down more than 80% from its 2021 highs.

🌍 A significant portion of sales comes from the Asian market.

⚠️ Both revenues and profits have been declining since 2022.

🆚 L’Oréal, a competitor, has historically shown better margins.

@Invierteygana:
“Steel Louder is one of the first cosmetic groups in the world, and since the highs of 2021, the stock has had a very hard fall of more than 80%. Most of their sales come from the sale of skin care products, 28% from makeup, 16% from fragrances, and 4% from hair care products. If we break down the sales by region, we see a strong exposure to the Asian market; only a quarter comes from the United States. From 2006 to 2022, revenues have grown very steadily at an average of 6.5% per year. Profits have also been growing, but at a much higher rate, but since 2022, revenues and profits have been falling. Although their debt has increased in recent years, their debt is still low. The net margin was good, although in 2024 it has decreased considerably. Something similar happens with its ROCE.”
