📉 Galicia’s ADR fell sharply by almost 8.3% during the week, indicating significant weakness in Argentine banking stocks.
📉 Despite initially surpassing moving averages after recognizing trend support, the stock failed to hold those gains during the week and lost them again.
📉 The stock is struggling to consolidate a renewed short-term uptrend and is now heading back towards the 200-day moving average, signaling persistent selling pressure.
@ClaveBursatilTV:
“On the other hand, Grupo Financiero Galicia also lost almost 9%, nearly 8.30%, with a very similar situation. It recognizes the trend floor, surpasses all moving averages, but then loses them this week and heads back towards the 200-day average. It fails to consolidate a short-term upward trend again. So, both banking and energy stocks were weak this week, but it was a full week on the New York Stock Exchange.”
