The chairman of this company is Bill Ackman, so I was very concerned about this company because it is the typical company to leave to your children because it can create value for decades, but it is not the ideal company for public markets. The idea is to return to its origins, to develop the MPCs, sell its non-strategic assets, and reduce costs to reinvest in what they have to do.”
