BYD has better free cash flow because Tesla is investing very heavily in everything. Tesla, in general terms, we could say is somewhat better than BYD today, but it is currently trading at 13 times more than BYD. Tesla is valued at 73 times EBITDA, while BYD is valued at 6.9 times the expected EBITDA. Tesla is not just valued as a car manufacturer but as a high-growth technology company.”
