🚗 Tesla is betting on autonomous driving, with its robotaxi project based on full self-driving, aiming for significant advancements by 2025.

📈 Elon Musk has promised up to 1 million vehicles operating as autonomous robotaxis in some U.S. cities, representing a substantial passive income opportunity.

⚖️ Investors seem to believe that, with Elon Musk being a more visible part of the Trump administration, laws could be passed that benefit Tesla’s businesses.

“The first stock I bring you is Tesla, possibly Katywood’s favorite company. We couldn’t overlook it, especially now that it’s back in the spotlight with Elon Musk leading the U.S. Government Efficiency Department (the DOG). As we all know, Tesla is the global leader in electric vehicles and renewable energy, and its business ranges from automobile production and energy storage to autonomous driving software. However, what I want to highlight about Tesla today is its commitment to autonomous driving with its robotaxi project based on full self-driving. Elon Musk has finally promised significant advancements by 2025, which will include up to 1 million vehicles operating as autonomous robotaxis in some U.S. cities. Imagine the passive income opportunity that could exist in the company. Given its current financial results, expectations are very high, especially after the irregularity of these results in recent years. We are talking about reductions close to 50% of its EBIT and earnings per share, possibly due to the emergence of much cheaper competition, the Chinese company BYD, which has severely affected Tesla’s sales volume growth. But still, this does not seem to affect the company’s image or the magnetism of its CEO, Elon Musk. In fact, investors seem to assume that, with him being a more visible part of the Trump administration, laws could be passed that benefit their businesses. All of this has sent Tesla’s stock price soaring by 40% in the last 4 months. Even so, be very careful, as it would not be unreasonable to see a pullback, since at the moment its price-earnings ratio is about 150 times.”
